Junior Store Executive

1) Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

2) Maintain Regular basis stock checks and update inventory databases.

3)Ensure all inventory Items are properly labeled and organized.

4) Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.

5 ) Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of items.

6) Receive, inspect and verify materials upon delivery.

7) Ensure proper storage conditions for all items.

8 ) Issue materials to hospital departments as per requisitions.

9) Ensure compliance with hospital polices and standards regarding material management.

10 ) Check the quality and expiry of medical supplies and report any discrepancies.

11) Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in the store area.

12) Proficiency in inventory management software and MS. Office.

13) Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities.
