JD Customer Care Representative (Inbound/Outbound) - Wellness Company

Location: Bangalore, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general assistance.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, resolve customer issues, and gather feedback.
- Provide accurate information about our wellness products, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Assist customers with order processing, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, update customer profiles, and track issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mizo and Hindi languages is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
