**The Role**:People Partner

**The Location**:Hyderabad

**The Team**:People team is responsible for providing strategic support to the business in all people related matters. The people partners share the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery along with business. As a team we collaborate and work together to drive the business agenda.

**The Impact**:The People Partner position provides direct HR management and support for assigned business units/teams. Day-to-day the position maintains responsibility for a range of HR activity focused on successfully engaging, developing and retaining top talent.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination and management of a full range of HR activities across a global, diverse set of functions/teams; partner with regional & Global HR colleagues to ensure global agenda is achieved while managing local requirements.
- Provide direct and indirect insight to leadership and their teams on complex people issues, to include employee relations, talent development, retention and recruitment strategies, with the ability to recognize and involve specialist members of other resources within HR where appropriate.
- Promote superior leadership and management skills.
- Design and deliver creative HR solutions that assist in sustaining a positive working environment to foster employee engagement.
- Facilitate implementation of training & development programs and strategies, utilizing global internal resources and external resources as appropriate, to support improved business performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
- Develop human capital plan to execute business goals: define needs, organizational profile, and build talent mindset within organization.
- Drive the Performance Management Process with employees and managers. Facilitate review sessions with management to ensure consistency and equity across client groups.
- Counsel employees and managers in areas of performance improvement and in identifying training and development opportunities. Coach managers to manage employee performance issues.
- Coordinate with the business on strategic workforce design and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify current and future leaders. Develop a diversity strategy to support this.
- Partner with management teams on restructuring and talent development processes
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition address sourcing strategies that support the recruitment, selection, and diversity hiring activities for corporate groups. Participate as an interviewer/assessor with key positions.
- Consult with employees and managers on a wide variety of employee relations issues and work with the management teams to create a positive employee relations environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Data analysis and interpretation skills along with Presentation Skills
- Strong Conflict Resolution and Decision Making (Data Driven)
- Ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately, exercise discretion as appropriate, and remain sensitive to individual situations.
- A track record of success as an ambassador of change in a complex, fast-paced and results-driven global organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to issues that are consistent with our compliance, legislative and organizational frameworks.
- The ability to manage projects through to successful conclusion, using sound judgment and autonomy where appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7-8+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience.
- Complete workforce forecasting, planning and analyzes, succession planning, and career development planning.
- Conduct job analyzes and role description preparation, and provide advice on organization structure.
