About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate Carnatic music classes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Provide continuous guidance and mentorship to music teachers and students.
- Assist the academic team in curriculum planning and content development.
- Collaborate with the mentors’ team to align music learning with overall student development.
- Offer feedback, assessments, and support to improve classroom delivery.
- Participate in organizing and reviewing student performances, workshops, and assessments.
- Ensure that the traditional values of Carnatic music are maintained while adapting to modern educational tools.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Music with a specialization in Carnatic music (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, performing, or curriculum development.
- Strong understanding of Carnatic music structure—ragas, talas, varnams, and kritis.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable).
- Experience in teacher training or academic guidance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with digital learning tools or online teaching platforms.
- Ability to document class observations and provide structured feedback.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for cultural and educational excellence.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
