**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through various channels (e.g., website inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals) to qualify them and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Identify decision-makers within target organizations and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing, and competitive advantages to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments or demonstrations for qualified leads.
- Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and feedback from team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and privacy laws.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Ability to engage prospects in conversations and build rapport quickly.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and objections effectively.
- Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position primarily involves working in an office environment.
- The role may require sitting for extended periods and making repetitive motions (e.g., using a telephone, typing).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
