**Job Title**: Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative

**Reports to**: Team Lead, Inbound Sales and Customer Service

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Sales**: Drive sales growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promoting products and services to customers.

**4. Order Processing**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and resolving any order-related issues.

**5. Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management as needed.

**6. Reporting and Analytics**: Prepare and analyze sales and customer service reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and issue resolution metrics.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.

**2. Experience**: 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.

**3. Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**4. Certifications**: None required.
