We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Centre Sales Representative to join our team. As a Call Centre Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting them into customers, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work in a fast-paced call centre environment, utilizing your communication and sales skills to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales: Generate sales leads and convert them into customers through outbound and inbound calls.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, as set by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
5. Call Quality: Ensure that all calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to our company's quality standards.
6. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and sales data into our CRM system.
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
Performance Metrics:
1. Sales Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets, as set by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
2. Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum conversion rate of [insert percentage] of sales leads into customers.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured through surveys and feedback.
4. Call Quality: Achieve a high level of call quality, as measured through quality monitoring and feedback.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
5. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM software preferred.
7. Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,658.86 per month
