**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment written tests and aptitude assessments.
- Design practice exercises, assessments, and mock tests to monitor student progress.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their placement goals.
- Collaborate with the Training and Placement Cell to align training content with industry requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer in a college or training institute.
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Communication.
- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
- Good mathematical reasoning and analytical ability.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate with relevant aptitude training experience.**

**Salary: ₹15,500 - ₹25,000 per month**
