Mixologist

Introduction:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of cocktails, using your extensive knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes to create unique and memorable drinks. You will work closely with the bar staff to ensure that all ingredients and equipment are stocked and prepared for service, and you will be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies and ingredients as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar.

Responsibility:

- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the bar menu.
- Use extensive knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes to create well-balanced and visually appealing cocktails.
- Develop relationships with customers to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar.
- Work with bar staff to ensure that all ingredients and equipment are stocked and prepared for service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Continuously educate oneself on new trends, techniques, and ingredients in the industry.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist in training new bar staff on cocktail recipes and techniques.
- Create a positive and team-oriented work environment that fosters collaboration and creativity.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers and coworkers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Familiarity with various cocktail recipes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in Mixology or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
