We are seeking a talented Mixologist to represent the brand, engage with clients, and showcase the endless possibilities of their syrups.

**Position Overview**: As a Mixologist with their Syrups brand, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the brand's reputation in Pune. You will leverage your exceptional mixology skills and deep knowledge of various syrups to create innovative, enticing, and memorable beverages. Your responsibilities will revolve around interacting with clients, conducting tastings and workshops, and collaborating with bars and restaurants to incorporate the brand's syrups into their offerings. This position requires a passionate and creative mixologist who can articulate the unique selling points of these syrups and inspire others to embrace their potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and showcase a diverse array of delightful beverage recipes using syrups to captivate clients, bartenders, and consumers.
- Conduct trials and demos, interactive and engaging tasting sessions, and workshops to educate clients on the versatility and flavor profiles of the syrups.
- Collaborate with bars, restaurants, and other beverage establishments to introduce syrups into their drink menus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base in Pune.
- Stay updated on current mixology trends, industry innovations, and competitive product offerings to provide valuable insights for product development and marketing teams.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure continuous improvement of the syrup offerings based on client preferences and market demands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role in the beverage industry.
- Exceptional cocktail crafting and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and conduct workshops.
- Passionate about mixology, with a creative flair for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
- _**Minimum 5 years of Bartending/Mixology experience**_
- _**Must be based in Pune**_
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
