Working Place: Anna Nagar Chennai
Experience: Min 3 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
- Maintain books of Accounts
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Tally,MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality with an Open-minded person**.**:
- **B Com or Any degree (Below the age of 35 years)**:
- **Preferrence will be given to Single Parent.**

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Anna Nagar West Extn, Chennai - 600101, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
