Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain plant equipment and machinery
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth plant operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize plant performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- **ITI Fitter/Electrical with completion of apprenticeship**
- **1-3 years of experience in a similar role**
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

**Salary**:

- **₹13,000 per month for the first 6 months (probation period)**
**- ₹15,000 per month after probation**
**- Free accommodation and food at subsidized rates**
