1. Gaining an understanding of the Client’s needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.

2. Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

3. Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedure for products or processes, and training staff to use them.

4. Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and mointoring their compliance.

5. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.

6. Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

7. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

8. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.

9. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

10. Implementing QMS, EMS, 5s and any other quality standards as per Organisation requirements.

11. Quality Problem solving with the help of 7 QC Tools, 5w1h and 8 D, capa etc.

12. New Product tool trail and jointly product layout and part layout with supplier and customers.

13. Skills like SPC, MSA, PFMEA, 7 Quality control Quality core tools etc.

14. Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
