Mohali, India Immensity Logistics Full time

This position will perform AP & AR accounting functions for a rapidly growing 3PL Logistics company. Such as, accounts receivable, collections, journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and management reports.
- Performs ongoing accounting and financial activities including but not limited to preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Gathers and organizes documents and related information. Establishes priority of work.
- Assists with establishing customer credit limits.
- Prepares outgoing customer billing to customers on a daily basis.
- Proactive review and analysis of AR.
- Applies customer payments and processing of cash receipts.
- Resolves payment discrepancies and makes necessary adjustments to customer accounts.
- Prepares customer credit memos.
- Answers credit inquiries from customers.
- Collects past due receivables.
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assists in month-end closing.

Ensures timely and accurate processing of AR accounting transactions.
- May assist personnel as needed by answering phones.
- Follows company policies, procedures and upholds discretion to sensitive material within the account department.
- Performs other duties assigned by management and owners from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
