Description: Manager – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (Shared Services) Department: Finance Shared Services Reports To: Head – Finance & Accounts Location: Lactalis India, Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose To lead and manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within the Shared Services Centre at Lactalis India. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of transactions in alignment with the company's financial policies and Indian regulatory requirements. The Manager will drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across AP and AR processes, supporting the dynamic needs of the dairy and FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy - Lead and manage AP and AR teams, ensuring high performance and engagement. - Define and implement process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls. - Collaborate with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams to ensure alignment and service delivery. - Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Accounts Payable (AP) - Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with Indian tax and regulatory requirements (e.G., GST, TDS). - Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and resolution of disputes. - Monitor AP aging and manage
