The Platform Program Communications Executive is a key part of this mission. You will play a critical role in the creation of internal and external communications strategy, write collateral that promote and contribute to the sharing of best practices and achievements delivered by our teams across APAC. You will be the Point of Contact for all Program Leads and will interact with senior stakeholders, including our client to effectively deliver our communications strategy and successfully cascade the information relating to change management and transition of key strategic initiatives across our account.
As part of the PMO team, you will also be expected to provide support, as required, in assisting with key initiatives that support our clients strategic objectives.
As the Platform Program Communications Executive you’ll report to the Platform Program Manager and will provide support through:
Develop tools that support the overall Communication Framework
Creation of best practice templates that is aligned with our brand e.g. presentation templates, communication templates
Comms plan (Change Management, Transition to Stabilisation)
Comms process
Developing a content plan for each quarter that will allow you to share content through several platforms e.g. internal website, newsboard, awards etc
Identify and resolve any issues with communication content in a timely and professional manner
Yearly coordination in nominating new RCS team members to support account initiatives that include working with Program Leads within the Platform e.g. Ethics Week, Careers Week, Earth Hour etc)
Coordination and management of key account meetings
Ensure an exceptional quality of services is delivered to JLL and our client as reflected by client feedback and drive for continuous improvement
Acts a central liaison point including managing internal and external enquiries or referring enquiries to the appropriate Programs representative in an efficient and timely manner

As a PMO team member you are to complete the PMO Bootcamp Program that will allow you to:
Draft plans and monitor and manage internal Initiatives from initiation through completion.
Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
Manage Initiatives to ensure on-time completion according to specifications.
