Job Description

At Gruve, we believe that great stories deserve great visuals. Our Visual Communication

Creator role is designed for someone who can bring ideas to life through compelling videos,

animations, and motion graphics.

From shaping a brands narrative to delivering content that makes audiences stop, watch,

and engage, youll be the visual storyteller who turns strategy into striking, scroll-stopping

work.

What Youll Do:

Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and produce videos for various platforms, including

social media, websites, and presentations.

Create motion graphics, title sequences, and animations to enhance storytelling.

Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to translate brand messages

into engaging visual content.

Repurpose content into dierent formats (short-form reels, long-form edits,

teasers, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency.

Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and platform best

practices.

Manage and organise video assets for easy access and future use.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics.

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Aer Eects, and similar editing

soware.

Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

A strong creative eye and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Knowledge of sound editing and color grading is a plus.

Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines without

compromising quality.

Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and platform best

practices.

Manage and organise video assets for easy access and future use.
