About the Graphic Design Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived by customers and employees. As part of our marketing team, you will create visually engaging assets for marketing campaigns, social media, showrooms, events, and internal communications.

Job Description:

  • Design high-quality visual content for digital and offline platforms.
  • Create social media creatives (static, carousels, reels thumbnails, stories) for various brand verticals.
  • Develop visuals for digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, WhatsApp).
  • Design offline collateral such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strong storytelling-driven visual assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital (RGB, social ratios) and print (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Awareness of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured marketing environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
