**Job Summary**:
The Dialysis Technician is responsible for operating dialysis machines, preparing patients for treatment, monitoring their condition during the procedure, and ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis equipment and infection control protocols.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines for patient treatment.
- Monitor patient vitals and dialysis equipment throughout the procedure.
- Set up and disinfect dialysis equipment before and after use.
- Assist in assessing patients before, during, and after dialysis.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and update patient files.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.
- Respond to dialysis-related emergencies under physician supervision.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or patient complications promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology
- Certification in Dialysis (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresher with clinical internship may apply)

**Skills Required**:

- Technical knowledge of dialysis machines and procedures
- Patient care and monitoring
- Attention to detail and emergency readiness
- Good communication and teamwork
- Familiarity with infection control and biomedical waste management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,651.42 - ₹26,012.00 per month
