- **Assisting with activities of daily living**: Helping patients with personal care and hygiene.
- **Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

- **Preparing dialysis machines**: Assembling and ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis machines before treatment.
- **Operating dialysis machines**: Connecting patients to the machine and adjusting settings as needed.
- **Maintaining equipment**: Cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining dialysis machines and equipment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving technical issues with dialysis machines.
- **Technical Skills:

- **Vascular Access**: Assisting with the cannulation of vascular access sites (fistulas, grafts, or catheters).
- **Vital Sign Monitoring**: Checking and recording patients' vital signs.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of patient treatments and observations.
- **Water Treatment System**: Monitoring and testing the water treatment system according to unit policy.
- **Collaboration:

- **Working with medical professionals**: Collaborating with nurses and doctors to ensure optimal patient care.
- **Communicating with patients and families**: Explaining procedures and providing information to patients and their families.
- **Other Duties:

- **Responding to emergencies**: Responding to dialysis-related emergencies in patients and equipment.
- **Following infection control policies and procedures**.
- **Maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure environment**.
- **Following biomedical waste disposal protocols**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
