**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, task lists, and schedules using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients and team members.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a strong background in project management and client handling.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Slack, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and on site team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,038.89 - ₹15,000.00 per month
