To be precise, we help businesses in their administrative, recruitment, and repetitive jobs as a be-fitting virtual staffing solutions provider. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director, someone who can be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. Given the changing nature of the business and the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresightedness, while maintaining confidence related to high-level systems and operations. Manage professional and personal scheduling for director, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics. Provide critical support to staff in upper management, including CEO’s. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives. Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination. Evaluating strategies and completing projects accurately. Perform administrative tasks and always ensure support to the Director through maintaining quality filing and communication systems including contact management, document management and archiving. Monitoring budget tracking and maintaining supplies. Creating well-organized project timelines that keep crucial company projects on track for completion by the targeted deadline. Graduate/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative role reporting directly to the Director/CEO. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, including total fluency in English. Fluency in any other language would be a bonus. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel. Organizational skills including time management, project planning and tracking. Performance based attractive incentive.
