**About O2 IAS Academy**:
O2 IAS Academy is a premier coaching institute dedicated to preparing students for Civil Services exams, including IAS and PCS. We are looking for a creative and motivated intern to join our content creation team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, and social media creatives.
- Develop design concepts aligned with the academy's branding guidelines for promotional and educational content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design materials for digital ads, brochures, and presentations.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for webinars, courses, and promotional campaigns.
- Trim, sequence, and enhance raw footage into polished video clips, adding appropriate transitions, text overlays, animations, and effects.
- Ensure the final product aligns with the content strategy and the academy’s tone.
- **Creativity & Ideation**:

- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance the visual appeal of the academy’s online and offline presence.
- Stay updated with design trends, ensuring the academy’s content remains modern and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic design and video editing projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding how to create content for them.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field.
- Experience in educational or coaching industry content creation is a plus.
- Interest in civil services preparation and education is desirable.
