**THE ROLE**

The area of Security is becoming increasingly critical for banks, with cybercrime constantly growing in sophistication. Product Security is critical to Temenos’ continued success as leader in the banking software market. This role to sit at the heart of our product security development team.

This individual will be working closely with product architects and development leads and would be responsible for developing advanced enterprise security ideas aligned with key industry standards that can guide our security offerings into the future and for existing products. (WORK FROM HOME - HYBRID POLICY)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with product architects and development teams to support the secure design and implementation of the solutions
- Coordinate with various project teams to communicate the necessity of security requirements and design constraints
- Initiating the POC on latest security systems, controls to enhance the critical products security posture
- Advise product stakeholders on security risks and mitigation steps to strengthen product security posture
- Involving and supporting in client security requirements and incidents to provide appropriate recommendations and in post-event analysis
- Remaining up to date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, security framework to guide development team to implement for new projects

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 10 to 14 years of demonstrated experience managing security assurance teams/relevant security architecture experience.
Security Architect Requirements
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle (SDL), OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model (SAMM), or Building Security in Maturity Model (BSIMM)
- Capability to provide SME support to project teams and new developments
- Demonstrated development knowledge of Java and.NET frameworks
- The ability to interact with a wide range of development teams from different backgrounds and verticals
- Hands on experience with encryption, hashing, secure random number generation, key derivation, key management, digital signatures, etc. in one or more major development languages.
- General knowledge of core security networking concepts like TLS, SSH, DNS, Firewalls etc.
