**Position**: Client Coordinator

**Location**: Kochi, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate client appointments and manage scheduling for therapy sessions and counseling sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information and support as needed.
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and counselors to ensure clients receive appropriate care and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to client intake and paperwork.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulations.

*Qualifications:*
- MSW (Medical and Psychiatry) or MSC Psychology qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of psychiatry and psychology.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam; proficiency in other languages will be an additional credit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients' needs.
