Work mainly as Secretary to MD but may also be required to assist other Director for any secretarial work, occasionally.
- Making arrangements for ensuring that MD’s schedule including travel is managed efficiently without any delays or hitches.
- Ensure MD’s administrative requirements such as travel arrangements, tele-conferences, meetings and appointments are arranged efficiently
- Prepare & distribute weekly itinerary report of the MD to all concerned
- Filing of documents - electronic as well as paper in a way that makes for quick retrieval of necessary data.
- Regular interaction with all Unit & Functional heads for receiving and communicating information as well as follow-ups on various issues
- Acting as secretary for all meetings chaired by managing Director and circulating and follow up the minutes of the meeting.
- Maintain confidentiality of the data / information, as desired.
- Carry out any other work as and when assigned by the appropriate authority

**Skills**:

- Good computer literacy with expertise in MS Office usage
- Good communication & inter-personal skills
- Ready for travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
