Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts by executing various marketing initiatives and assisting the Management in achieving organizational goals. This role involves significant travel, approximately 70% of the time, and will require a proactive and adaptable individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing purchasing tasks, and undertaking any duties assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Management**: Conduct extensive travel to different locations for marketing events, conferences, client meetings, and other business-related activities as required, ensuring all travel arrangements are made efficiently.
- **Event Management**: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing brand visibility.
- **Collateral Management**: Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
- **Purchasing and Budget Management**: Manage purchasing processes for marketing-related materials and services, adhering to budget guidelines and cost-control measures.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports, and other documents as required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to travel frequently, approximately 70% of the time, as per business requirements.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.
- Highly adaptable and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
