Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to improve business.
- Analyze and Collect insights about current market trends
- Develop digital marketing strategies
- Develop and implement action plans through periodic meetings with team members
- Maintain customer relationship with potential and regular customers
- Business acquisition of new & potential customers within local markets.
- Search & travel extensively for new customers for building sales channel.
- Plan and coordinate Sales Meetings and Attend national or local sales
- Maintain Field Sales Management Reports and submit it to management.
- Participate in customer appreciation programs/ Association meetings
- Ready for extensive travelling in assigned area.
- Other duties as may be assigned as when required

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to generate higher sales through marketing
- Should have good customer interaction
- Ability to resolve customer related issues
- Ability to negotiate with customers
- Able to convert leads into sales effectively
- Good communication skills(both Oral/Written)
- Leadership and team management skills
- familiar with computer knowledge

**Education**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in iron & steel industry
- Extensive Knowledge in iron & steel products required

**Job Location: Kozhikode, Kerala**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
