Position Overview:
A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into computer systems and databases. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with high volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Inputting data from various sources, such as paper documents, electronic files, or online forms, into the designated computer systems or databases. This may include customer information, financial data, inventory records, product details, and more.
- Accuracy and Quality: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the entered data by double-checking for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies. Following established procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
- Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining existing data records by making necessary changes or corrections as per the provided instructions.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Meeting productivity targets and deadlines to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks and supporting other team members as needed.
- Documentation: Keeping records of completed tasks, data sources, and any related information to assist in auditing and tracking data entry activities.
- Communication: Collaborating with team members and supervisors to address any questions, concerns, or challenges related to data entry tasks.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve data entry processes, enhance efficiency, and suggest solutions to streamline workflows.
- Ad hoc tasks: Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, which may include scanning documents, filing, or organizing data.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in data entry, administration, or related fields may be preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases is an advantage.
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Discretion and respect for confidential information.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
