Under direct supervision, this position performs clerical and administrative duties related to basic accounting activities. This is an entry level position.- May be responsible for routine or basic data entry into accounting systems
- May be required to perform duties such as mail distribution, copying, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
- Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- No required education or directly related experience; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

**Preferred Qualifications**
- High school diploma or global equivalent with preference for accounting education in a technical or advanced education environment
- Basic interpersonal and communication skills
