**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience needs.

○ Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes.

○ Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., marketing, design, product teams) to define content goals and deliverables.
- **Content Planning & Execution**:
○ Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

○ Oversee content production, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.

○ Coordinate with in-house writers, designers, and external vendors when needed.
- **SEO & Content Optimization**:
○ Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.

○ Use analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize based on insights (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

○ Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to enhance visibility in search results.
- **Content Governance & Quality Control**:
○ Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.

○ Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.

○ Maintain a content library and archive for easy access and reuse.
- **Audience Engagement & Analytics**:
○ Monitor content performance using analytics tools to track engagement metrics (e.g., traffic, shares, conversions).

○ Adjust content strategies based on data insights and feedback to maximize impact.

○ Engage with audiences through social media, responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
- **Collaboration & Team Leadership**:
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to ensure content supports broader initiatives.

○ Lead content brainstorming sessions and creative discussions with internal teams.

○ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior content creators when necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
