**Job Title: Export Coordinator**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Export Coordinator. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are looking to kick-start their careers in the field of international trade.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the export process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to arrange shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and update stakeholders accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of export-related reports and maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams regarding export orders and inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade policies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline export processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of export regulations and documentation is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
