**Order Processing & Billing**:

- Generate invoices for daily online sales from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and our own website.
- Accurately enter sales transactions into Billing Software and ensure timely processing.
- Process sales return entries, including refunds & exchanges.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to verify return claims and maintain ensure proper entry into inventory system.
- **Warehouse & Logistics Coordination**:

- Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, lost shipments, and returns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Reconcile billing entries with online sales reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, returns, and adjustments for internal review.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and support audits as needed.
- Verify payment records and resolve discrepancies with the accounts team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in billing or accounts, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- **Proficiency in Billing Software (inventory management software) or similar tools.**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting purposes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience in handling e-commerce billing processes.**:

- Familiarity with online sales platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
