**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally, presenting menus and making food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all items meet presentation and quality standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and ongoing promotions.
- Set up and clean assigned sections, including tables, stations, and service areas.
- Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other F&B team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and meet sales targets.
- Follow all operational standards and hotel policies consistently.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Waiter in a hotel or fine dining setup.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
