Position - Customer Service / Sales

Salary - Up to 35k (Depends upon last drawn)

Shift Timings - Rotational Shift

Role:
1. Communicate with the customers in friendly and professional manner & identify the needs of the customers & help them to resolve their queries or have concerns related to their account, purchase experience, or product use.

2. Maintains & updates customer information as necessary

3. Calmly attempts to resolve & de-escalate any issues.

4. Escalates calls to supervisors when necessary & appropriate

5. Aware them about promotions, bonuses, offers etc.

6. Upsells to customers as necessary

7. Ensuring quick resolution of customer issues for maintaining high customer satisfaction.

8. Strive to deliver a WOW Effect for our customers, to further enhance their perception of our product & company.

**Salary**: ₹9,797.08 - ₹29,046.95 per month
