**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Design & Development**:Create RF switches and tunable filters using GaN technology, ensuring high performance across various frequency bands.
- **Simulation & Analysis**: Design the switch layout using Cadence and optimize the performance using various simulation tools to achieve key parameters such as insertion loss, isolation, and frequency response.
- **Prototype Testing**: Conduct testing and validation of prototypes, analyzing performance metrics and resolving any design issues.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate switch and filter designs into larger RF systems.
- **Documentation**: Develop detailed documentation and specifications for design processes, results, and testing methodologies.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RF switch and tunable filter technologies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Electronics, Microwave Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in designing RF switches and tunable filters using GaN technology.
- Hands-on experience with RF circuit simulation tools, particularly Cadence.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of RF design principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools and measurement equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)**:

- Experience with impedance matching, thermal management, and reliability assessment in RF designs.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and technology.
