**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize daily IT operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of projects.
- Supervise and guide the operations team, ensuring that performance objectives are met.
- Implement best practices for project management and operations to drive quality output.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree Business Administration(operations), or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
