**Role Overview**

As the Admin Assistant at FTS, you will be the backbone of our operations. You’ll work closely with the Directors, assisting in both sales and operations, managing schedules, streamlining communication, and ensuring the team remains focused and productive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide executive-level support: calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
- Assist the Directors in all aspects of operations, from sales follow-ups to execution.
- Handle end-to-end coordination between sales and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Track deadlines, monitor follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of leadership tasks.
- Handle basic finance tracking, invoice management, and vendor communication.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in an EA/Admin/Operations role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and task/project management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Preferred**
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
