Provide day-to-day administrative and sales coordination support
- Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and presentations
- Manage office tasks including documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless workflow
- Monitor and update data using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and timely communication
- Contribute to sales activities by handling inquiries and client interactions
- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and related tasks to ensure smooth operations
**Required Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with AI/digital tools for productivity and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
- Fast learner with practical problem-solving capabilities
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce/Management background preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, or sales support
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
- Possesses sound judgment, initiative, and a proactive approach to responsibilities
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
