About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our site runs efficiently while helping to create a positive and engaging experience for all employees.

You’ll support daily office operations, assist Site leadership teams with administrative needs, and work closely with our Communications and Events team to deliver a memorable employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace & Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the site, including office administration, facilities coordination, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with IT, Security, and Facilities to resolve operational issues related to events and visitors promptly.

Administrative Support
- Provide professional administrative assistance to local leadership and teams, including diary management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Assist with document preparation, data collation, and meeting logistics (e.g., town halls, all-hands, site visits).
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and correspondence.

Communications & Events
- Collaborate with the India Communications & Events teams to support internal communication campaigns, newsletters, and site announcements.
- Plan and coordinate engagement activities, celebrations, and corporate events that reflect Arm’sculture and values.
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including catering, branding, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Track budgets, maintain event calendars, and capture post-event insights to drive continuous improvement.

Employee Experience
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on workplace-related queries.
- Support initiatives that promote inclusion, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Help reinforce Arm’sculture by delivering high-quality experiences across all touchpoints.

About You

Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and socialskills, with a customer-first perspective.
- Provenexperiencemanaging office operations and supporting events in adynamic, multinational environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience supporting internal communications or event management teams is highlydesirable.

Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5yearsofexperience in administrative, workplace coordination, or events management roles.
