**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Collaboration BDO to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with key corporations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our network.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**:
1. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with corporations.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

3. Develop and execute customized partnership proposals, agreements, and contracts.

**Collaboration Strategy**:
1. Develop and implement a corporate collaboration strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.

3. Identify emerging opportunities and innovative partnership models.

**Relationship Management**:
1. Manage existing partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and growth.

2. Foster strong communication channels with partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

3. Resolve partnership-related issues and conflicts.

**Revenue Growth**:
1. Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through partnership development.

2. Develop and execute revenue-generating initiatives with partners.

3. Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
1. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align partnership strategies.

2. Communicate partnership successes, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.

3. Provide market insights and feedback to inform business decisions.

**Performance Metrics**:
1. Partnership revenue growth.

2. Number of new partnerships established.

3. Partner satisfaction ratings.

4. Collaboration and innovation metrics.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and revenue growth.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Strong networking and influencer skills.
