Medworld Solutions is looking for dedicated and passionate Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join our partner hospitals. As an RMO, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring patient safety, and assisting the medical team in day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide immediate care to in-patient and out-patient cases.
- Assist senior doctors in diagnosis, treatment, and patient management.
- Monitor and document patient vitals and progress.
- Handle emergency situations with quick and effective responses.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries when required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Strong ethical and professional standards.
- Proficient in using medical software for patient data and record keeping.
