**Job Summary**:
As a mobile technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and repair services for a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and ensure that devices are returned to customers in working order. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding device usage and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose hardware and software issues with mobile devices.
- Repair or replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and cameras.
- Perform software updates and troubleshooting to resolve software-related problems.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure that repaired devices are functioning properly.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on device usage and troubleshooting.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective repair services.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience of 3/4 years in mobile device repair or technical support preferred.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile device hardware and software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
