Job Responsibilities:
Mobile Phone Quality Check (QC):
Perform quality checks on various mobile phones, including Android and iOS devices, ensuring that devices meet company standards.

Pickup Lead Management:
Attend pickup leads assigned by the team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Customer/Vendor Follow-up:
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or queries.

Negotiation Skills:
Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms with vendors and customers, improving business outcomes.

Multi-Brand Mobile Repair Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of repairing multiple brands of mobile phones, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring devices are restored to optimal functioning.

Excel Proficiency:
Maintain and update data records, perform data analysis, and generate reports using Excel to support operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹12,901.90 - ₹37,138.10 per month
