**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in the Real Estate industry. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in devising and implementing effective strategies to promote our company's properties and services across various digital platforms. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, attract potential buyers and sellers, and generate leads to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
- Manage all aspects of our company's website, including content creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
- Oversee social media accounts and actively engage with followers to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute effective online advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using various analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
