We are looking for a Field Officer who can manage our sites/clients in and around Pune and recruit / arrange housekeeping and facility staff at every single site.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Sourcing, training and deployment of staff (male/female facility & housekeeping staff).

Ø Site Audit on deliverables as per company requirements.

Ø Interaction with clients on site related issues once in a week.

Ø Require team handling experience of more than 400 people.

Ø Responsible for supervising field staff and ensuring that all operations are running effectively and according to Plan.

Ø Must be able to upgrade self with latest trend / Material / Machines/ services and cascade to front line staff.

Ø Should be able to generate daily / weekly / monthly reports and provide to client or to GWCS officials.

**Skills Required**:
Good communication skills

Experience of working with dynamic environment

Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Willing to Travel for multiple locations

Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate

**Qualification**:
Educational level - Graduate in any discipline.

Previous experience in Facility and Security organization with similar scope of work.

Local language and basic knowledge of English is essential.

**Experience**:
Relevant Experience: 2- 5 years

Pay: ₹25,223.66 - ₹35,452.52 per month
