
Telecaller Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Telecaller Executive** to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent patient service over the phone.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to inquiries regarding hospital services, doctor availability, appointments, and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups using the hospital’s management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records and patient interaction logs.
- Guide patients about consultation timings, health packages, and ongoing medical camps or promotional offers.
- Coordinate with departments such as OPD, diagnostics, and billing for smooth patient communication.
- Follow up on pending appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling requests.
- Handle patient concerns or escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum **6 months of telecalling/customer service experience**, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in [mention local language, English, and/or Hindi as needed].
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, CRM or HIS systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Patient-centric attitude and empathetic communication style.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
