**Position-**Microbiologist cum QA Officer**

**Qualification**:B.Sc. Microbiology

**Location**- Supa, Ahmednagar

**Experience**:1 to 2 years (Freshers are also welcome)

**Requirements**:
- Conduct Personnel Hygiene checks

- Conduct Laboratory analysis of raw, processes and finished products as per frequency

- Conduct swab analysis of personnel, equipment’s and work surface areas, work environments as per frequency

- Conduct water analysis from all sources, including fresh water, boiler water, ETP etc

- Document reports and submit to Quality Head for verification

- Prepare COA’s as per requirement & submit to Quality Head for all batches

- Maintain & update stock report for all laboratory chemicals, media, instruments, etc

- Maintain list of suppliers & brands for all laboratory activities

- **Responsibilities -**

**Training and Education**: Conduct training programs for employees on QA, QC procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety guidelines.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Monitor QA related activity like printing checks, calibrations of measuring instruments, FIFO etc in Packing section, Cold storages and during Dispatches.
- Assist QA executive in a shift related to QA activities
