**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain QA systems in compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Conduct internal quality audits and assist in regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, ISO)
- Monitor manufacturing and packaging activities for adherence to SOPs
- Prepare and review quality-related documents like SOPs, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs
- Conduct line clearance before manufacturing/packing
- Handle product complaints and support investigation with the QC and Production teams
- Support in product stability studies, validation activities, and documentation
- Ensure proper documentation control and record keeping
- Provide training to staff on quality standards and GMP practices

**Key Requirements**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in cosmetics, pharma, or food industries
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO, AYUSH, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills
- Familiar with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation practices

**Preferred Skills**:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA software tools
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
