**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as needed
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support team members with project-based work
- Ensure office cleanliness and orderliness in collaboration with the cleaning staff

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented attitude

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Experience with scheduling and office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
